Unbreakable Men CO

This is the Way – The Mandalorian

Men, if you relate, there are so many others struggling just like you. A whole community of men who have shared difficulties. Even though we each have our personal experience of sexual abuse, there’s a bond of brotherhood. I know it can be hard to put yourself out there and show your face. But, “what will they think?” Unfortunately, you are one of us. Fortunately, you have men waiting for you to take that step. If you can get passed the point of shame, embarrassment, fear, or whatever is holding you back, you’ll find that there’s freedom in telling your story and spending time with men who carry that certain understanding.

Group is online Internationally and held locally in-person, both in a peer led format:

Online meetings are usually the 4th Sun of the month at 1pm MST and soon will be twice a month costing only $30.00 per meeting starting in July. Though no one who is in the group will be turned away for financial reasons, some financial contribution as well as a commitment to attend somewhat regularly is expected.

Local meetings north of downtown Colorado Springs near Colorado College and is usually the second Wed of the month at 6pm MSTWe encourage those who meet locally to donate for use of meeting space, though there is no obligation.

Our group is not to substitute for therapy and is not a therapy group. The group is designed for male survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Male survivors are severely under-recognized and lack resources. We’re trying to help fill that void. Our group is where men speak from their experience, finding healing as men together in a safe, confidential, and supportive environment. All members are vetted personally by Kevin.

Men, staying anonymous may feel safe but it might also be holding you back from a freedom you deserve. You matter. Your story matters. And we’re here to listen and join you on your path to healing.

“Remember… It’s really not your shame. You did nothing wrong…

They are not your secrets to keep. They are your truths to tell.” – Kevin
