Payment Terms & Security:
All major credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover - as well as Google Pay/Apple Pay are accepted. Every transaction is encrypted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your full credit card details are not stored on our servers. A small processing fee is applied to all online transactions.
As Stated previously:
All fees paid for attended support groups are final and non-refundable. In the rare event that Kevin Taylor must cancel a group meeting, a full refund or an immediate opportunity to apply funds to a future meeting will be afforded.
Cancellation Policy:
Groups Registration fees are non-refundable when cancellation requests fail to be made at least 24 hours prior to time of meeting. Less than 24hrs a %50 refund. No shows will not receive a refund. For late arrivals, sessions end at the scheduled time. The full fee still applies.
Cost and Currency
All dues are listed in USD. You will see the final total, including processing fees, before you confirm your payment.
Failed Transactions:
If your payment is declined, please verify that your billing address matches the information on file with your bank. Unsuccessful attempts may result in a temporary authorization hold on your account, which typically clears within [3–5] business days.
